Human beings are spread over a wide variety of IQ, ability and talents.
There are no social systems of equality that will address this issue because it is a bitter pill to swallow.
A system made up of systems treating and controlling people based on their IQs, ability and characters is the one that leads to a stable society.
This has to be uninfluenced by environmental, social, global, political or foreign perception. We must be rock hard in our implementation over the ages.
Dissidents must be culled, not excommunicated, as excommunicated serpents bide their time and use others to strike what they failed to become a part of.
