The representatives in government should be in percentage of wealth distribution.
If there are more poor people in the land, then they should have more representatives.
Government Senate/House/Assembly reps do not get a salary above the minimum wage level of the land, and they are paid by the hour. The hours are fixed.
Commodity pricing rules and finance are referendumed by the people especially for critical things like energy and food.
They are binding decisions.
